Meatball subs

Having left over meatballs from Zoodle night gives us the opportunity to make some great meatball subs.  Pretzel rolls, meatballs, and provolone; paired with a nice side salad this is a delicious, easy meal.

Charred Chicken with Sweet Potatoes and Oranges Cooked, loved!

This is a new item for us, if it makes the cut we’ll include it in our recipe section.  But it sounds delicious!

Pork Shoulder with Pineapple and Sesame Broccoli This one was ‘ehh’.

Another new menu item that I’m really excited about.  I pulled some Maui pineapple out of the freezer for this.  We brought a few pineapples back with us from our trip to Maui, unfortunately I will only have one left in the freezer after this recipe.  If you’re ever in Maui, the Maui Pineapple Tour was one of our favorite spots on the island.  It’s a great tour and free pineapple! 

Pork Chops, German Spätzle, and Red Cabbage Cooked, loved!

Trying out the new Spätzle maker this week, thank you Mary.  The Spätzle will be paired with pork chops and red cabbage (thanks for the red cabbage also Mary). 🙂
