- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 egg
- 2 cups brown rice uncooked
- 1 cup peas and carrots frozen, diced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce low sodium
Cook rice!
Heat sesame oil in a skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add egg to skillet, scramble and cook throughly.
Add the peas and carrots, and sauté until thawed and warm.
Add the rice, soy sauce and mix thoroughly.
