Ingredients
- 4 Cups Brown rice cooked
- 1 Tbsp Coconut oil
- 16 oz Frozen Cauliflower
- ¼ tsp salt
- 15 oz Canned chickpeas rinsed
- 12 oz tikka masala sauce
- Naan
Instructions
- Prepare rice.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add frozen cauliflower, cover. Stirring occasionally until lightly browned, add salt.
- Add chickpeas and sauce; cook, stirring occasionally, until hot, 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Serve topped with cilantro.
