Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Brown rice cooked
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut oil
  • 16 oz Frozen Cauliflower
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 15 oz Canned chickpeas rinsed
  • 12 oz tikka masala sauce
  • Naan

Instructions

  • Prepare rice.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add frozen cauliflower, cover. Stirring occasionally until lightly browned, add salt.
  • Add chickpeas and sauce; cook, stirring occasionally, until hot, 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Serve topped with cilantro.
