Ingredients
- ½ stick butter melted
- 1 Rotisserie Chicken picked
- 1 lb frozen peas and carrots
- 2 cups milk
- 1 box Red Lobster biscuit mix
- 1½ cup chicken broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- In a 9×13 casserole dish add the butter, chicken, and vegetables.
- Season to your heart’s content.
- In a large measuring cup mix together milk, biscuit mix, and biscuit seasoning.
- Evenly pour over chicken, do NOT stir.
- In the large measuring cup, mix the chicken stock and cream of mushroom soup.
- Evenly pour over chicken, do NOT stir.
- Please in preheated oven, uncovered, for one hour to one hour 15. Let cool.
