Ingredients

  • ½ stick butter melted
  • 1 Rotisserie Chicken picked
  • 1 lb frozen peas and carrots
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 box Red Lobster biscuit mix
  • cup chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • In a 9x13 casserole dish add the butter, chicken, and vegetables.
  • Season to your heart’s content.
  • In a large measuring cup mix together milk, biscuit mix, and biscuit seasoning.
  • Evenly pour over chicken, do NOT stir.
  • In the large measuring cup, mix the chicken stock and cream of mushroom soup.
  • Evenly pour over chicken, do NOT stir.
  • Please in preheated oven, uncovered, for one hour to one hour 15. Let cool.
