- ½ stick butter melted
- 1 Rotisserie Chicken picked
- 1 lb frozen peas and carrots
- 2 cups milk
- 1 box Red Lobster biscuit mix
- 1½ cup chicken broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preheat oven to 350℉.
In a 9x13 casserole dish add the butter, chicken, and vegetables.
Season to your heart’s content.
In a large measuring cup mix together milk, biscuit mix, and biscuit seasoning.
Evenly pour over chicken, do NOT stir.
In the large measuring cup, mix the chicken stock and cream of mushroom soup.
Evenly pour over chicken, do NOT stir.
Please in preheated oven, uncovered, for one hour to one hour 15. Let cool.
