Ingredients
- ½ Cup Zero Fat Greek Yogurt
- ½ cup Peanut Butter
- 1 Tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
- ¼ tsp Vanilla extract
- mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a clear 2-cup measuring cup, or a bowl, add the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Carefully fill the mold with the mixture, making sure not to create air pockets. Scrape top with pastry knife.
- Top with mini chocolate chips, pressing in slightly.
- Freeze for 2-3 hours, until solid.
