Frozen Peanut Butter Cups

  • Mini Muffin/Candy Silicone Mold

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Zero Fat Greek Yogurt
  • ½ cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla extract
  • mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a clear 2-cup measuring cup, or a bowl, add the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
  • Carefully fill the mold with the mixture, making sure not to create air pockets. Scrape top with pastry knife.
  • Top with mini chocolate chips, pressing in slightly.
  • Freeze for 2-3 hours, until solid.
