Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ cup dry white wine
- 2 medium Zucchinis noodled
Instructions
- Sauté tomatoes and garlic in olive oil.
- Add salt and pepper and white wine, simmer to reduce (approximately 5 minutes).
- Add zoodles and heat through. Serve hot.
