Zoodles

Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • 2 medium Zucchinis noodled

Instructions

  • Sauté tomatoes and garlic in olive oil.
  • Add salt and pepper and white wine, simmer to reduce (approximately 5 minutes).
  • Add zoodles and heat through. Serve hot.
