Cuban-Style Beef

The recipe says “This heart-healthy and low calorie Cuban-style recipe will awaken your taste buds.”  We’ll see about that!

Buffalo Chicken Casserole

This “low carb, high rewards” meal is a new menu item for us.  Let us see if it makes the cut.

Skinny Orange Chicken

Luke loves him some orange chicken!  This is a skinny option, hopefully I can find a healthier option than the delicious, scrumptious, tantalizing deep fried version.
