Ingredients

cauliflower
1
bunch
kale

gouda

Cup
low fat sour cream

tsp
ground fenugreek
1
tsp
chile flake
salt and pepper
Instructions
Remove the kale from the stalks. Chop the kale, stalks, and cauliflower into small pieces (approximately ½ inch). Add the veggies to a bowl.
Add in the sour cream, cheese, fenugreek, chile flake, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Portion into a 11x7 casserole dish and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Notes
Instead of using the chile flake we used sriracha gouda and it turned out wonderful.
