Healthier Fried Rice
- Rice Cooker
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 egg
- 2 cups brown rice uncooked
- 1 cup peas and carrots frozen, diced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce low sodium
- Cook rice!
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add egg to skillet, scramble and cook throughly.
- Add the peas and carrots, and sauté until thawed and warm.
- Add the rice, soy sauce and mix thoroughly.
