  • Rice Cooker
  • Skillet


  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups brown rice uncooked
  • 1 cup peas and carrots frozen, diced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce low sodium


  • Cook rice!
  • Heat sesame oil in a skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Add egg to skillet, scramble and cook throughly.
  • Add the peas and carrots, and sauté until thawed and warm.
  • Add the rice, soy sauce and mix thoroughly.
